Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley MPF-B430P-MJ24BA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Apv products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ametek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Apv such as the K080000611 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPLA330PM72AA manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RXLLX700 by Manufacturer Ametek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Anilam Brand ML080QT115S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Api-Controls such as PS3306iE equipment made by Api-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Api-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Api-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M13107 made by Apv as well as the popular TPP21100411G000 original spares produced by Anderson-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ADP1156T by Aplex and PS3306iE spares by Api-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AX147 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allpax.
